Absolutely my best experience with a salon or barbershop, the people were very friendly and nice, it didn't take long, they told me what products they used in my hair, they didn't try to sell me other stuff, it was very cheap for what i got and in comparison to many other places I've been to. The building itself is also incredibly nice, they dont move your chair much and instead work around you, they have tvs beside every station, the mirrors are big, the chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the place kinda has a tattoo shop vibe. The back where you get your hair washed isn't super bright, its a nice dim that doesn't hurt your eyes, the chairs are again, very comfortable, the chairs are adjustable in case of a height issue, the chairs are massage chairs, not too aggressive either, and have a foot rest. Overall very lovely and comfortable experience, i absolutely love my hair, big thanks to the workers here who make it such a clean and enjoyable experience.

I don’t really leave reviews too often, but I wanted to take some time to really thank the manager Patti for making my day at Burlington sportsclips! I came in not having the greatest day, and within 2 minutes of sitting in the chair she had me smiling and forgetting about all my stressors. We shared a lot about our lives and travel and family, but what impressed me the most was Patti’s knowledge of cutting men’s curly hair. So often I’ve had people just jump into my hair and start thining it with sheers, but she protected my hairs thickness and educated me on why it’s important that we do so. The mvp massage and shampoo was great with her explaining all the steps of what’s happening from the temp to products. It really felt like getting a haircut from and old friend. She even celebrated me getting cast in a musical and gave me a couple of coupons to share with my cast mates! Thank you Patti for leading by example and setting a culture in the store that was friendly, open, and built on trust! If you need a cut, go no further than Burlington great clips and tell Patti and the team high for me!

First time coming in here. I brought my 5 year old son in with me as he had decided he wanted a haircut as well. Staff was super friendly, my son went with Patti and she was PHENOMENAL!! She made him so comfortable and made him feel so special. He did got the whole MVP treatment: haircut, shampoo and conditioner wash, head massage, warm face towel. She talked him through each step so he wasn’t nervous about any of it. When we left he literally asked me as soon as we were in the car “Dada when can we go there again?” I went with Becca and she was great. Super friendly and very nice to talk with. She help me figure out something a little different for my haircut and was great just chatting with. I would definitely recommend coming here and going with either of these ladies!

I forgot to post a review after my last haircut, but I'm going back now, and remembered. Patti was wonderful. I was thrilled with the result, and she was enjoyable to talk to and very considerate and thoughtful about my hair style and specific requests. I'm going back now, so I clearly recommend this place. Pro tip: the MVP is worthy the extra money!
